One pump. One price. One tap to get there. Tanko cuts the clutter and shows you only the station that saves you the most. Right now, nearby.

Wrong price, missing station, or issue with the app?
We're an independent team. We built TANKO in 2024 because finding the cheapest fuel in Spain was harder than it needed to be. Existing apps showed long lists of options, required sign-up, or were loaded with ads. None answered the real question directly: which station is cheapest near me right now?
TANKO does exactly that. It finds the station with the lowest price in your area for the fuel you use: Petrol 95, Petrol 98, Diesel, Premium Diesel, or LPG. It sorts every available station, calculates how much you would save against the local average, and puts the best result on screen in under three seconds. No account, no sign-up, no advertising.
Prices come directly from MITECO, Spain's Ministry for Ecological Transition: the official government source that all fuel stations across Spain are legally required to report their prices to. Data updates multiple times per day and every price carries the timestamp of its last update. Location is used only to calculate distances: it is never stored on any server or shared with anyone. The app is free.
How accurate are the prices?
Prices come directly from Spain's Ministry of Energy (MITECO) open data. They update multiple times daily and each reading shows you exactly how recent it is.
Do I need to create an account?
No account, no registration, no email address. Open the app, allow location access, and you see the cheapest result in under three seconds.
Which fuels does Tanko cover?
Petrol 95, Petrol 95 E10, Petrol 98, Diesel, Premium Diesel, and LPG. Switch between them with the fuel filter.
Is Tanko available outside Spain?
Currently Spain only. Tanko is built on official Spanish government data from MITECO, so coverage is limited to Spain for now.
